How It Works

1. 30-minute discovery call

This is a chance for us to connect, talk about what’s bringing you in, and see if we’re a good fit. You can ask questions, share as much (or as little) as you’d like, and get a feel for what working together might look like.

2. Schedule your first session

If it feels like a good match, we’ll set up your first 50-minute or 90-minute therapy session. We’ll explore what’s been going on, what you’re hoping for, and start gently laying the groundwork for your goals and growth.

3. Continue your therapy journey

We’ll meet regularly, typically weekly, and create a space where you can slow down, explore, reflect, and grow. Not sure if you prefer telehealth or in-person? I encourage you to try both! Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

The Office

My office is tucked inside historic downtown Golden, Colorado, surrounded by mountain views, a winding creek, and that cozy small-town feel. The space was designed to put you at ease.

When you walk in, you’ll find a comfortable waiting area and a calm, inviting office meant to help you settle right in. There’s almost always the gentle hum of soothing sounds and the scent of natural aromatherapy in the air (except on the days I forget to turn the machines on, it happens).

You’re always welcome to pour yourself a cup from the tea and hot chocolate station, because sometimes we all need an emotional support beverage.
