Helping high-performers face the parts of themselves that success couldn’t “fix.”
How It Works
1. Start with a 30-minute discovery call
This is a chance for us to connect, talk about what’s bringing you in, and see if we’re a good fit. You can ask questions, share as much (or as little) as you’d like, and get a feel for what working together might look like.
2. Schedule your first session
If it feels like a good match, we’ll set up your first 50-minute therapy session. We’ll explore what’s been going on, what you’re hoping for, and start gently laying the groundwork for your goals and growth.
3. Continue your therapy journey
We’ll meet regularly—weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs—and create a space where you can slow down, explore, reflect, and grow. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Sometimes!
I am currently a private-pay, out-of-network provider. While I don't accept insurance directly, your insurance plan may have out-of-network benefits, which means that they will reimburse you for portion of our session cost. You can use Thrizer to verify your out-of-network benefits and submit superbills. They do accept HSA/FSA accounts and will manage the reimbursement process for you to save you the insurance headache. Once you meet your deductible, you receive reimbursements in a few weeks via direct deposit. You can create an account and get started at www.thrizer.com.
Let me know if you’re interested in this service, and I can explain a little more about how it works.

As an “out of network” provider, online and in-person individual therapy is $140 per 50-minute session. Sometimes 50 minutes just doesn’t feel like enough. No biggie!
Just let me know and we can always set up extended 90-minute sessions for $200.
I also offer a limited number of reduced rate sessions for clients in need. Please inquire about availability.

You’re not alone. Therapy isn’t only for mental disorders. It’s a place to learn how to be healthy and whole in a fast, distractible world, whether that means managing stress, understanding yourself better, or navigating life transitions.

You’re not alone. Many people come to me with disappointment from past therapy. Maybe you felt unheard, judged, or like your therapist was reading from a script instead of really seeing you.
I want you to know this is different.
I don’t believe in fixing what’s broken or giving one-size-fits-all advice. Therapy with me is about getting curious together, exploring what’s really going on, and making space for your full experience without judgment. I bring warmth, humor, and a willingness to sit with the messiness because I know life isn’t neat and tidy.
And here’s the honest part: I might not be the right fit for you. That’s okay. I won’t take offence. What matters most is that you feel supported and understood. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we can talk about it, adjust, and see what works best for you. And if it turns out another therapist would be a better match, I’ll help you think through what you’re looking for and point you in the right direction.
You won’t find me hiding behind a clipboard or offering generic platitudes. You’ll find someone who is genuinely invested in who you are, who listens closely, asks thoughtful questions, and isn’t afraid of the harder conversations. My hope is that therapy feels more like a meaningful conversation than a clinical appointment, a place where you can show up as your real self even if that self feels messy, uncertain, or worn out.

Therapy sessions are typically 1x week for 50 or 90 minutes, which helps build momentum and create meaningful progress. In some cases, meeting every other week can work, but it may take longer to reach your goals.
We’ll talk about what feels realistic and supportive for you and adjust as needed

It’s up to you! I offer in-person sessions in Golden, CO and HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions across Colorado.
I have an office cat named Tuna. If you have any concerns or allergies, we can always meet via telehealth.
Walk-and-talk, outdoor sessions are also available upon request.

We’ll start with a free 30-minute phone consultation to get to know each other and see if it feels like a good fit. If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first paid session, often called an intake.
At that first session, we’ll go over a bit of paperwork and spend time talking about your background, any previous therapy experiences (if you’ve had them—no pressure if not), and what you’re hoping to get out of the process. It’s a chance for me to learn more about you, and for us to begin setting the foundation for our work together.

Therapy is a process, and progress can look different for everyone. You might start to notice small shifts in how you relate to yourself or others, feel more grounded, or find new ways to handle challenges. That being said, sometimes it feels worse before it feels better because we’re facing some of the hard stuff that sometimes has been left unacknowledged. We’ll regularly check in together to see what’s helping and adjust as needed.

The address is 2020 Jackson St. Unit 2. Golden, CO 80401
The office is in unit 2. It's on the very right side of the building. Just follow the red wooden fence down the sidewalk until it ends. There you'll find a stone path to a red door, and that's me!
Parking and specifics:
There are two parking spaces in front of the building on the cement. If the one closest to the street is open, you can park there. If not, there's parking across the street in front of the building. -
If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you’ll be charged the full session fee. That said, I’ll do my best to offer a make-up session within the same week at no extra cost, if I have availability.
Life happens—just reach out, and we’ll figure it out together.

Are you feeling ready for therapy but still have more questions?
I'm happy to help you understand what to expect and explore whether this might be the right fit for you. And if it turns out we’re not quite the right match, I’m glad to support you in finding someone who is.
You deserve support that feels good and grounded. Let’s start with a conversation.
